Description
Lead Smarter with AI is a practical, no-coding masterclass built for the people who run Pakistan's small and medium enterprises. SMEs face the same pressures as large corporates, but with smaller teams, tighter budgets and usually no IT department. This workshop shows exactly where AI saves time and money in an SME today: quotations and follow-ups, WhatsApp customer replies, social media posts, invoices and reports, meeting notes, hiring and SOPs.
Everything taught can be started with free or low-cost tools, on a laptop or phone, without hiring specialists or buying enterprise software.
Day 1 turns each owner and manager into a confident personal AI user. Day 2 shows them how to spot AI opportunities in their small team's work, pick affordable tools, set simple usage rules, and bring their people along.
The format is 60% hands-on. Participants bring real tasks from their own desks, work at mixed-industry tables, and learn from peers as much as from the trainer. Examples and prompts are given in both English and Urdu.
