This policy explains what personal data SuccessCert (Pvt) Ltd collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to our website, the learning platform and our certification services.
What we collect
When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number and the programmes you enrol in. When you pay, we collect the transfer receipt and reference you upload — we do not store card or bank credentials.
As you study we record your progress, quiz and examination results, and the certificate details issued to you.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver the programme, register you with The ICPD, verify payments, issue and verify certificates, and contact you about your enrolment and membership.
We do not sell your data. We share only what The ICPD needs to register you and award your credential.
Verification register
Credentials issued through SuccessCert appear on our public verification register by certificate and membership number so employers can confirm them. Holder details on valid records are limited to what is needed to confirm the credential; revoked records withhold holder details.
Retention
We keep enrolment, payment and certification records for as long as the credential stands and as required by law. You can ask us to correct your details at any time.
Your rights
Write to info@successcert.com to access, correct or ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you, subject to the records we must keep for accredited certification.
Write to info@successcert.com with your payment reference or membership number and we will answer in writing.
