Cancellation & refund policy
This policy sets out when fees paid to SuccessCert (Pvt) Ltd for programmes, workshops and examinations can be cancelled or refunded, and how to request one.
Before access is granted
If you have paid but your programme access has not yet been opened, you may cancel for a full refund less any bank transfer charges. Email info@successcert.com with your payment reference.
After access is granted
Once your material and glossaries are released to your account, the fee covers content that is immediately available and ICPD registration that we begin processing, so it is non-refundable.
If you have not accessed any module and request cancellation within 7 days of access being granted, we will consider a partial refund at our discretion.
Workshops
Workshop fees are refundable in full up to 10 working days before the start date. Between 10 days and the start date, fees are transferable to a future date but not refundable. No-shows are not refundable.
Examinations
ICPD examination registration, once submitted to The ICPD, is non-refundable. Retakes are included where the programme states so and do not carry an additional fee.
Instalments
Where a fee is paid in instalments, cancellation stops future instalments but does not refund instalments already paid once access has been granted. The certificate is released after the final instalment.
