Terms and Conditions for SuccessCert Course Registrations
Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before registering for any course provided by SuccessCert. By registering for our courses, you agree to adhere to and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
- Course Registration and Payment:1.1. Registration for SuccessCert courses is subject to availability and on a first-come, first-served basis.
1.2. Payment for the course must be made in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.
1.3. All course fees are non-refundable, except in the event of course cancellation by SuccessCert.
- Course Materials and Content:2.1. All course materials, including but not limited to lectures, videos, texts, and software, are the intellectual property of SuccessCert and are provided for the sole use of registered course participants. Unauthorized distribution, reproduction, or sharing of these materials is strictly prohibited.
2.2. SuccessCert reserves the right to make changes to course content, materials, and instructors as necessary to provide the best possible learning experience.
- Attendance and Participation:3.1. Regular attendance and active participation in the course are essential for a successful learning experience.
3.2. Absence from course sessions should be communicated in advance to the course coordinator or instructor. SuccessCert may offer makeup sessions at its discretion.
- Code of Conduct:4.1. All course participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times.
4.2. Discriminatory, offensive, or disruptive behavior towards instructors or fellow participants will not be tolerated.
- Assessments and Grading:5.1. Course assessments, assignments, and grading criteria will be clearly communicated at the beginning of the course.
5.2. Plagiarism or academic dishonesty will not be tolerated. Any instance of plagiarism will result in immediate course disqualification.
- Privacy and Data Protection:6.1. SuccessCert is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used for course administration purposes only and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
6.2. SuccessCert may record course sessions for quality control, educational, and promotional purposes. By registering for a course, you consent to your participation being recorded.
- Cancellations and Refunds:7.1. SuccessCert reserves the right to cancel a course due to low enrollment, instructor unavailability, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided to registered participants.
- Termination of Enrollment:8.1. SuccessCert reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of a participant due to repeated violations of these terms and conditions, disruptive behavior, or non-compliance with academic requirements.
- Dispute Resolution:9.1. Any disputes or concerns regarding your course registration or participation should be addressed to SuccessCert’s customer support. We will make every effort to resolve any issues amicably.
- Governing Law:10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws.
By registering for a SuccessCert course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in your disqualification from the course without a refund.
SuccessCert reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and any such changes will be communicated to course participants. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
