Return of Products by you
As Successcert Pvt Ltd is engaged in assessment, e-learning, distance learning and certification,Successcert Pvt Ltd can provides hard copy of reading material for the certification chosen by the registered candidate.
In case of products that are damaged during transit, defective, etc. subject to the condition that we are informed about such discrepancies within 48 hours from the date of receipt of the product and provided that the products are returned in their original condition,Successcert Pvt Ltd will revert with a new hard copy or if applicable a soft copy of the reading material.
Changes and Cancellation
Any item additions, quantity changes or specification changes made to accepted orders will be modified in the order details. All sales are final.
Trainer/faculty/expert support
Courses having expert/trainer support as offering through mail and telephone, will be provided only on availability of trainers. On non-availability of trainers Successcert Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any delay or non-availability of support.
