There are no fixed start dates. Enrol whenever you are ready, work through the modules at your own pace, and sit the examination when you have cleared them. Seats at the subsidised fee are limited — 25 remaining.

Curriculum

Every module is a summarised reading with its own glossary of terms. Modules marked with a quiz need 85% before the next one opens.

Prerequisites. No formal prerequisite. A Yellow Belt or some exposure to process improvement helps, and you should be comfortable working with formulas in Excel.

Questions

Do I need a Yellow Belt first?+

No. The Green Belt starts with a full grounding in Lean Six Sigma, so you can join directly. If you have never worked with data in Excel, the Yellow Belt is a gentler first step.

How much statistics is involved?+

Enough to prove a root cause, and no more. We cover descriptive statistics, capability, hypothesis tests and regression, always starting with the business question and working through examples in Excel.

Do I need Minitab?+

No. Every analysis is taught in Excel. If your organisation uses Minitab, we show where each tool lives there as well.

Will I work on a real project?+

Yes. You apply each module to a problem from your own workplace, so you finish with a charter, a data baseline, a proven root cause and an improvement plan.

How does the assessment work?+

Each module carries a quiz with an 85% pass mark, and the next module stays locked until you clear it. Retakes are unlimited. A final exam draws questions from every module and also needs 85%.

Is the certificate from SuccessCert or The ICPD?+

The ICPD sets and issues the credential. SuccessCert (Pvt) Ltd delivers the training and handles registration and payment.

Can I pay in instalments?+

Yes, on any fee over PKR 15,000. The first instalment is transferred at booking and the rest monthly, with no instalment smaller than PKR 12,500.
